Mike's classes 

All of Mikes Classes and Misty's Kettlebell Classes require sign up in advance. This is to ensure that you get the best workout possible and keep our instructor to client ratio low.

Kettlebell Starter Program a requirement for many classes (indicated by *)

Hellcamp  * (even better & harder bootcamp)

Ropes & Bells * (two ass-kickers mixed together)

Progressive Strength (you don't need to be a gymnast to train like one)

KettleHell * (30 mins of tabata conditioning)

KB Conditioning * (30 mins of intense kettlebell focused work. Think 60 mins of class packed into 30)

Kettlebell Kaos (a little mix of everything kettlebell)
